一．设备工作原理
紫外线的杀菌原理是利用紫外光的能量破坏水体中各种病毒、细菌及其它致病体的DNA，紫外线穿透微生物的细胞膜和细胞核，破坏核酸的分子键，使其失去复制能力或活性而死亡。紫外线杀菌波段介于200～300nm之间，其中以253.7nm波段能力最强。
紫外线消毒技术具有安全、高效、低成本、不产生副产物等优点。经紫外线消毒后，不存在二次污染及副产物，出水可回用于农田、林地等灌溉或回注水地下，实现资源化。

1、 Equipment working principle

The sterilization principle of ultraviolet light is to use the energy of ultraviolet light to destroy the DNA of various 

viruses, bacteria, and other pathogenic organisms in water. Ultraviolet light penetrates the cell membrane and 

nucleus of microorganisms, breaking the molecular bonds of nucleic acids, causing them to lose their replicationability or activity and die. The ultraviolet sterilization band ranges from 200 to 300nm, with the 253.7nm band 

having the strongest ability.UV disinfection technology has the advantages of safety, efficiency, low cost, and no by-products. After being 

disinfected by ultraviolet radiation, there is no secondary pollution or by-products, and the effluent can be reused 

for irrigation in farmland, forests, and other areas or injected underground, achieving resource utilization.

 二、系统的整体性能标准：
1.        紫外灯管、石英套管均为进口产品。
2.        采用低压高强灯管中的高端产品－汞齐灯（Amalgam UV Lamp）。紫外光灯管的UVC输出强度有厂商提供的检测认证。提供紫外灯管制造厂家出具的灯管技术参数表及由我方提供的灯管寿命保证书。
3.        紫外消毒系统保证：在峰值流量和紫外透光率为65%时，系统在灯管寿命终点所能实现的有效紫外剂量，即消毒器生物验定剂量不小于16,000μws/cm²（15mJ/ cm²）。
4.        系统可以根据实时检测到的UVC剂量，对紫外灯管的输出强度参照流量及污水UVC透过率的变化进行自动调整，以节约运行费用。
5.        电气系统配有内置空调对电气元件进行循环冷却。
6.        整个紫外线消毒系统的设计和紫外模块的配置及设计符合我国《城市给排水紫外线消毒设备》（GB/T19837-2005）标准，保证达到本合同规定的出水消毒要求。
7.        在自动清洗过程中，系统能正常运转，消毒效果不受任何影响。
8.        更换灯管、石英套管、镇流器及清洗石英套管时，系统仍可继续消毒。
9.        系统的UVC传感器置于明渠的污水中，使所测数据实时反映被消毒污水的透光率变化、石英套管透光率变化和灯管老化等综合因素造成的强度变化。
10.    置于室外的器件已做好天气及防水保护。

2、 The overall performance standards of the system:

1. The ultraviolet lamp tube and quartz sleeve are both imported products.

2. Adopting the high-end product of low-voltage high-strength lamp tubes - Amalgam UV Lamp. The UVC output 

intensity of ultraviolet light tubes is certified by the manufacturer's testing. Provide the technical parameter table 

of the UV lamp manufacturer and the lamp lifespan guarantee certificate provided by us.

3. The UV disinfection system ensures that the effective UV dose that the system can achieve at the end of the lamp 

life is not less than 16000&mu, when the peak flow rate and UV transmittance are 65%; ws/cm² (15mJ/cm²).

4. The system can automatically adjust the output intensity of the UV lamp tube based on the real-time detected 

UVC dose, in accordance with changes in flow rate and sewage UVC transmittance, to save operating costs.

5. The electrical system is equipped with built-in air conditioning for circulating cooling of electrical components.

6. The design of the entire UV disinfection system and the configuration and design of UV modules comply with 

the standards of Urban Water Supply and Drainage UV Disinfection Equipment (GB/T19837-2005) in China, ensuring

 that the effluent disinfection requirements specified in this contract are met.

During the automatic cleaning process, the system can operate normally and the disinfection effect is not affected 

in any way.

When replacing the lamp tube, quartz sleeve, ballast, and cleaning the quartz sleeve, the system can still continue 

to be disinfected.

9. The UVC sensor of the system is placed in the sewage of the open channel, so that the measured data reflects 

in real time the changes in the transmittance of the disinfected sewage, the changes in the transmittance of the 

quartz sleeve, and the intensity changes caused by the aging of the lamp tube.

10. Devices placed outdoors have been weather and waterproof protected.

三、 设备各关键部件的性能
        电气部分：
        我方提供紫外线消毒系统成套配电及控制柜，用户提供380/220V进线电源。由我方负责实现整个消毒系统的配电、保护及控制。
我方提供和安装紫外线消毒系统配套装置的电气控制箱及其电气附属设备，并负责电气控制箱与各设备间连接用所有控制及电力电缆的供货和安装连同设备安装后的通电调试及操作指导。

3、 Performance of key components of the equipment

Electrical part:

We provide a complete set of power distribution and control cabinets for the ultraviolet disinfection system, and the 

user provides a 380/220V incoming power supply. We are responsible for implementing the power distribution, 

protection, and control of the entire disinfection system.

We provide and install the electrical control box and its electrical accessories for the supporting device of the ultraviolet 

disinfection system, and are responsible for the supply and installation of all control and power cables used to connect 

the electrical control box with various equipment, as well as the power debugging and operation guidance after 

equipment 

installation.

9.   镇流器如对应的灯管初次启动失败，则会自动再启动两次。
10. 对镇流器进行检修时，不需要将模块提出水面。
11. 使用寿命：3年以上。

Electronic ballast:

8. Stable performance: The ballast is centrally placed in the cabinet to ensure the stable operation 

of electronic components, and will not cause malfunctions due to moisture or sealing reasons.

9. If the corresponding lamp fails to start for the first time, the ballast will automatically restart twice.

10.When repairing the ballast, it is not necessary to lift the module out of the water surface.

11. Service life: More than 3 years.

6.   控制软件：系统的操作接口为完全兼容于可编程序控制系统的商业常用合法软件并配合液晶屏幕。具备监控以及警报等功能该系统提供操作菜单。具备紫外光监控以及警报等功能。
7.   下述情况发生时，紫外线消毒灭菌之控制系统警报：
(1)       紫外光灭菌系统的电源中断警报。
(2)       灯管故障：少数个别灯管出现问题将引发灯管故障报警；警报可以显示出问题的灯管的位置。这个显示方式可以说明哪个模块组、哪件模块及哪根灯管出现问题。
(3)       低紫外光强：这个报警由承包商在设备出厂前设置：即紫外光强低于灯管经100小时磨合运行后光强的80%。
(4)  明渠低水位报警。
8.   可编程序控制系统应可监测每个独立的紫外光灭菌灯管的具体情况及提供下列信息：
(1)       每一支紫外光灯的开熄情况（On/Off）
(2)       紫外线消毒系统的累计操作时间（小时）

System Control Center:

6. Control software: The operating interface of the system is fully compatible with 

commercial commonly used legal software of programmable control systems and is 

compatible with LCD screens. Equipped with monitoring and alarm functions, this 

system provides an operation menu. Equipped with UV monitoring and alarm functions.

7. When the following situations occur, the control system for ultraviolet disinfection 

and sterilization will sound an alarm:

(1) Power outage alarm for UV sterilization system.

(2) Lamp malfunction: A few individual lamp malfunctions will trigger a lamp malfunction 

alarm; The alarm can display the position of the problematic light tube. This display method 

can indicate which module group, which module, and which lamp tube has a problem.

(3) Low UV intensity: This alarm is set by the contractor before the equipment leaves the 

factory: that is, the UV intensity is lower than 80% of the intensity of the lamp after 100 hours of running in.

(4) Open channel low water level alarm.

8. The programmable control system should be able to monitor the specific situation of each independent 

ultraviolet sterilization lamp tube and provide the following information:

(1) On/Off status of each UV lamp

(2) Accumulated operating time of ultraviolet disinfection system (hours)

四、配电中心:
1.   配电中心向每一个紫外模块供电。
2.   配电中心供电参数为380V/C、3相4线。
3.   制造商完成所有灯管和镇流器间接线。
4.   制造商提供连接灯管和镇流器之间所有线缆和导管。
5.   采用可迅速接驳的供电接头，使更换紫外光灯及石英套管时不需专业技术人员来完成。

4、 Distribution Center:

1. The distribution center supplies power to each UV module.

2. The power supply parameters of the distribution center are 380V/C, 3-phase, 4-wire.

3. The manufacturer shall complete all indirect wires for lamps and ballasts.

4. The manufacturer shall provide all cables and conduits connecting the lamp tube and ballast.

5. Use a quick connecting power connector to eliminate the need for professional technicians to 

replace UV lamps and quartz sleeves.
